EGFR Survival Analysis

> Worked in a six-person group with four students and two mentors to research EGFR expression and survival outcomes in cancer patients using R. Analyzed data, created visualizations, interpreted results, and helped present our findings.

A custom 10-key macropad I designed and built from the ground up, including the PCB, enclosure, and firmware. I created the circuit and PCB layout in KiCad, modeled the case in Fusion 360, and programmed the macropad using CircuitPython and KMK. It includes an OLED display and two custom shortcut modes: Coding for common programming commands, and Daily for quickly opening websites and tools I use regularly.
